| Abstract: The objective of this work was to select superior sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) clones with good stability and adaptability, considering the genotype x environment interaction in two productive cycles. Twenty-five early clones plus five control clones were evaluated during two cuts (ratoon cane and plant cane) in 24 environments. A randomized complete block design was used, with three replicates. | ABSTRACT The objective of this study was to investigate the association between the GGE Biplot and REML/BLUP methods and select cowpea genotypes that meet simultaneously high grain yield, adaptability and stability in the Mato Grosso do Sul environments. The experiments were carried out from February to July 2010, 2011 and 2012 in the municipalities of Dourados, Aquidauana and Chapadão do Sul. | Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar quais caracteres qualitativos poderão ser usados na seleção direta e indireta de genótipos de Urochloa brizantha, quanto ao teor de proteína bruta. Foram avaliados nove genótipos, em delineamento de blocos ao acaso, com duas repetições. Os caracteres qualitativos avaliados foram: volume de gás acumulado nas frações rápida e lenta, proteína bruta, fibras em detergentes neutro e ácido, celulose, lignina, sílica e digestibilidade in vitro da matéria orgânica. A digestibilidade in vitro da matéria orgânica é indicada tanto para a seleção direta quanto indireta de genótipos de U. brizantha com maior teor de proteína bruta. |

| Produzir mudas de berinjela com boa qualidade é essencial para obter um sistema de cultivo uniforme e produtivo. Estas podem ser formadas em substratos orgânicos e minerais, ou misturas destes. Desta forma o presente trabalho avaliou a vermiculita e manivas de mandioca triturada, puras e em misturas, na formação de mudas de berinjela, em dois tipos de ambientes e dois recipientes. Utilizou-se o viveiro agrícola telado em monofilamento, malha com 50% de sombreamento e a estufa agrícola em arco, coberta com filme polietileno, com fechamentos de tela de monofilamento, malha para 50% de sombreamento. | Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho foi verificar a concordância entre as redes neurais artificiais (RNAs) e o método de Eberhart & Russel na identificação de genótipos de feijão-caupi (Vigna unguiculata) com alta adaptabilidade e estabilidade fenotípicas. Utilizou-se o delineamento experimental de blocos ao acaso com quatro repetições. Os tratamentos consistiram de 18 linhagens experimentais e duas cultivares de feijão-caupi.
